Tanja Pignatelli harmonizes European elegance with the effortless glamour of the Californian lifestyle. Her first collection of resort wear was launched in 2004 and gained instantaneous recognition. The editorial accolades from Vogue, InStyle, Women’s Wear Daily and Life & Style magazines made her unique designs hugely desirable by celebrities, luxury resorts, high-end boutiques and retailers worldwide.Tanja’s creativity and sense of fashion was evident as a young child. She inspired and worked with her mother to create one of a kind dresses for herself and her sister. As a teenager, she frequented the runway as a model while continuing to define her own unique style. After graduating from Pepperdine University, she and her new husband embarked on an extensive worldwide tour. Some of Tanja’s most memorable experiences include exploring the grand bazaars of the Middle East, venturing off the beaten path to remote towns in Europe and discovering rare artisans in small villages throughout Asia. Filled with inspiration from her worldly adventures she designed her first collection of distinctive accessories which became the “must haves” to socialites throughout Europe, New York and Los Angeles. Her destiny into the world of fashion was inevitable. Inspired by her lifelong love for fashion and travel, Tanja’s designs are exceptionally tailored and made with the silhouettes of every woman in mind.
As a humanitarian at heart Tanja's mission is to use her talents and position to positively impact the lives of underprivileged children, families and victims of human trafficking. A portion of every sale goes to the Tanja Pignatelli Foundation.
